Become Aware of Your Programming
Look at programming the same way you look at a habit.
Habits are patterns—automatic responses built through repetition.
Some habits support you. Some sabotage you. And the sabotaging ones are often the very patterns that keep you from reaching the desires you know you’re capable of achieving.
But here’s the key:
A habit isn’t “good” or “bad” until you become aware of it and decide how it affects your life.
Unseen habits simply run.
Unquestioned programming just continues.
So ask yourself:
What habits—or programs—are currently running your life?
And… are they serving you or stopping you?

Your Subconscious Programming
The subconscious mind is responsible for automated processes, habits, beliefs, emotional reactions, body functions, and learned patterns.
About 90–95% of your daily thoughts, actions, and behaviors are from subconscious programming.
This includes your Conditioned beliefs.
So, the real question is…
Are your beliefs your own or were they conditioned into you?
