What are Affirmations?

Affirmations are positive statements or phrases that are repeated on a regular basis in order to reinforce a particular belief or desired outcome.

More and more people are attempting to manifest or create their lives through affirmations, the law of attraction, and changing their way of thinking. They all believe that by engaging in these spiritual/mental activities, they can shape their physical future.

Affirmations are based on the idea that by repeating positive thoughts, people can change their mindset, boost their self-confidence, and manifest their goals and aspirations.

You have the Power to create. Affirmations are tools of creation. The objective is to use the vibrational frequencies of your voice to intentionally create your chosen reality.

Your Thoughts

The voice has more power than your thoughts.  Unfortunately, we think way more than we speak.

You've probably heard of "As a Man Thinketh" the teachings on how thoughts create things. This is because of the Law of Cause and Effect by way of the Law of Vibration.  Study shows that on average a human has over 60,000 thoughts a day.

These thoughts (vibrations) also shape and create your reality.  The intention and emotions behind your thought empower or increase it’s frequency

Your intent is your primary purpose of doing anything.

Your subconscious thoughts are programmed responses.

These programmed responses are formed through past experiences, beliefs, and societal conditioning. They often influence our behavior and decision-making without us even realizing it.

To change your reality, you must first change your subconscious thoughts.

Use Affirmations to Change Your Thoughts

Affirmations are used to send out the desired vibrational frequencies into the universe, assisting in the creation of a positive change of thought in your subconscious. The more the affirmation is repeated, the more it is programmed into and accepted by the subconscious.

Here are some key points to remember about affirmations:

  • Affirmations must be repeated on a regular basis for them to be effective.

  • Affirmations that are repeated with conviction and genuine emotion have a greater impact on the subconscious mind.

  • Affirmations should be written and spoken in the present tense, as if the desired outcome has already occurred.

  • The power of affirmations is found in believing the statements to be true and visualizing the desired outcome.

  • Affirmations can be used to counteract negative self-talk and self-doubt, promoting a more positive and optimistic mindset. 

  • Affirmations are not a quick fix and may take some time to produce noticeable results.

  • Affirmations can be made to address specific aspects of your life, such as career, relationships, health, or your personal growth.

  • Consistent practice and patience are required to reap their benefits.

  • Affirmations can be tailored to address specific areas of one's life, such as career, relationships, health, or personal growth.

While affirmations can be a useful tool for personal growth and empowerment, they are not a replacement for taking action, setting realistic goals, or seeking professional help when necessary. They work best when combined with other self-improvement techniques to form a well-rounded approach to personal development.
