Observation

Most people don’t notice their thoughts.

They experience them.

Thoughts appear, and instead of observing them, they follow them.

This is where awareness begins to separate.

Noticing a thought as it happens creates space.

And in that space, you are no longer being carried.

This is where change becomes possible.

Within Noticing

This is the beginning of awareness.

Before you can change a thought, you must first notice it.

Before clarity, there is observation.

Reflection

Sit with this before answering.

When was the last time you noticed a thought while it was happening?
Do your thoughts feel chosen… or automatic?
What happens when you pause and observe instead of follow?
