Meditation
This path is not about silencing your mind.
It is about learning how to sit with it.
What This Path Is
The Meditation Path is a space for stillness, observation, and presence.
Here, you will begin to experience yourself beyond constant thought and distraction.
This is not about escaping your mind.
This is about becoming aware of it.
Question to Begin
When was the last time you sat with yourself… without distraction?
Your First Practice
Sit Without Distractions
No phone.
No music.
No external input.
Just you.
Sit for as long as you can…
Start with 15 minutes.
If you’re willing, extend it to 30.
As you sit, notice:
How often you feel the urge to move.
The thoughts that continue to return.
Any discomfort with stillness.
Your impulse to reach for distraction.
Don’t try to control anything.
Just notice what is already happening.
Take a moment to write it down.
The Importance of Journaling
This is Noticing
What you just experienced is the beginning of something deeper.
When you sit without distraction and observe what happens…
you begin practicing Noticing.
Noticing is the ability to see your thoughts, impulses, and patterns
without immediately reacting to them.
This is where awareness begins...
and where change becomes possible.
If you want to go deeper into this…
Learn how awareness becomes clarity,
and how noticing your patterns changes your decisions.
Share Your Reflection
How long were you able to sit?
How did it feel?
What pulled your attention?
What did you learn about yourself?
If you’re open to it…
share your experience with others walking the same path.
This Path Is Still Unfolding
This path is currently being developed with care.
You are welcome to continue your awareness through the Guidance space while it unfolds.
