In a sense, the subconscious is like a recording device and playback system. It doesn’t evaluate truth or falsehood — it simply absorbs what it’s repeatedly exposed to and plays it back as if it were truth.

Most people are living on a loop, repeating subconscious instructions without ever realizing where they came from.

– Feel stuck in patterns you don’t want
– Self-sabotage even when consciously trying to grow
